Prices:

10 days or less: $600 per group (up to 4 hikers); additional $100 per person

11+ days: $60/group (up to 4 people) per day; $15 per additional person per day

You plan to hike independently—either solo or with your own group—but that doesn’t mean you want to spend hours coordinating guesthouses and transport. Let us take care of the logistics so you can focus on the trail ahead.

Available in Armenia and Azerbaijan only for the 2025 season

We’re piloting this service in Armenia and Azerbaijan first, with plans to expand to Georgia in the future.

What’s Included

Everything from Tier 2, plus:

  • Booking of accommodations along your planned route
  • Arrangement of private transportation to and from trailheads and major cities
  • Coordination with local guides (optional, by request)
  • Emergency support contact available throughout your hike

Important Notes:

  • This tier includes booking and coordination only. All costs for accommodations, transport, guides, or other services must be paid directly by you to the local service providers. We’ll share expected costs in advance so you know what to budget and can avoid surprises.
  • A minimum of one month’s notice is required for this service to ensure availability and successful coordination. Please plan ahead and inquire early to secure your preferred dates.

Optional Add-On: Luggage Transfer

Want to hike light? We can arrange for your luggage to be transferred between overnight stops when feasible.

🔹 What if something changes during my hike?

We’ll provide you with a dedicated contact for the duration of your trip. If plans shift or issues arise, you can reach us by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue remotely.

🔹 Can I make changes after the bookings are confirmed?

Minor changes may be possible, but we can’t guarantee flexibility from local providers. We recommend finalizing your itinerary before we begin the booking process to avoid any change fees or complications.
